HYHA Board Member Registration
Thank you for volunteering your time to support Hopkins Youth Hockey Association as a Board Member. HYHA is a volunteer lead organization and our success is dependent on the time and commitment of our members.
All board members must participate in SafeSport Training and the Minnesota Hockey Background check.
Board Member Registration fees are reimbursable by HYHA. Please complete the reimbursement form and submit it to the HYHA Treasurer.
2024 - 2025 Board Members
Each Board Member will need a:
2024 -2025 USA Hockey # (registration will walk you through obtaining if needed)
Completed USA Hockey Background Check
*All fees associated with Board Member registration are reimbursable by HYHA.
